Welcome to the Conditions for Learning Survey 2023

Below are action steps and updates regarding the upcoming Conditions for Learning survey, which have been shared with district superintendents and building principals. All staff with a Panorama Student Success district or building role will receive response rate reminders from the Panorama team during the survey period. 

Action Steps

  1. Survey Coordinator Access
    • Confirm that staff coordinating the survey administration have the correct user role and access to Panorama Student Success. In order to view rosters, student access codes, and monitor participation, staff must have access to Panorama Student Success with a district or building user role, as is appropriate.
  2. Access and read the Survey Information Packets. 
    • These documents contain all of the instructions and resources needed for a successful survey administration. It is highly recommended that these be shared with the building and district staff that will be coordinating or assisting in administering the survey to students and/or staff and parents. 
  3. Attend the Conditions for Learning Administration Training webinar. The recording and slide deck for the Spring 2023 Conditions for Learning Administration Training Webinar are posted below. The webinar provides an overview of the survey process, logistics, and best practices to ensure a smooth administration and high response rates.

The CFL Survey Window

Below are the survey dates for the next three school years:

  • 2022-2023: April 3-28, 2023
  • 2023-2024: April 1-30, 2024
  • 2024-2025: April 1-30, 2025

Parent and Staff Conditions for Learning surveys will be available during the same time frame.
